Fixed prices in US dollars. No German VAT is charged (small-business rule, § 19 UStG).
Which package fits
Basic if you first of all want to be findable online. One page with everything that matters. For many contractors and small studios, that’s all it takes.
Standard is the usual choice. Several pages, your text edited into shape, your photos prepared, and the basics so Google can find you for “your service + your city”.
Premium if the website should take work off your hands: your menu, schedule or portfolio as a real page instead of a PDF, reservations or booking built in, and all text written by me.

If your project needs more than the Premium package, I’ll quote a fixed price. Just ask.
No monthly fees, no platform lock-in
The site is built once and handed over to you in full, with every file and every login. You pay me no monthly fee. The only running costs are your domain and hosting with your provider, typically $5 to $15 a month.
Redesigning an existing site
Same packages, same prices. Your address stays, I carry over your text and photos, and I redirect old links. Send me the address of your current site and I’ll tell you honestly whether it’s worth the effort.
Changes after launch
For 12 months, changes are included: text, prices, hours, photos, your menu. Email them to me and I’ll make them within two to three business days, up to four changes a month. New pages or new features are quoted separately. After the 12 months, a change starts at $50.
What’s not included
Writing your privacy policy and terms · photography and image licenses · domain and hosting fees · advertising and ongoing search engine optimization. And no promises about revenue or Google rankings.
Who I work with
In the US I work with businesses, not private individuals. You get the fixed price in writing before anything starts. Orders are covered by a short, plain-English Website Services Agreement.
